Katie Fults is dedicated to guiding clients through some of life’s most challenging transitions with compassion, integrity, and a steady hand. Her practice focuses on family law, including divorce, custody matters, and adoption, where she is committed to protecting her clients’ interests while providing support and understanding every step of the way.
Before becoming an attorney, Katie spent a decade working with one of Murfreesboro’s top law firms, gaining invaluable experience in the legal field and developing a strong foundation for her practice. She earned her undergraduate degree in Organizational Communication from Middle Tennessee State University in 2014, a background that enhances her ability to listen, advocate, and negotiate effectively on behalf of her clients. Katie went on to earn her law degree in 2022 and has been practicing law ever since.
Katie is an active member of the Tennessee Bar Association, the Rutherford and Cannon County Bar Association, and the Middle Tennessee Lawyers Association for Women. She represents clients across Middle Tennessee, including Rutherford, Coffee, Bedford, Cannon, and Grundy Counties, among others.
