Law Offices of Will Fraley

Raymond Wilford Fraley, III, better known as “Will,” grew up with his parents who both practiced law in Fayetteville, Tennessee. Will began his pursuit in 1992 when he moved to Murfreesboro to attend Middle Tennessee State University. During his time at MTSU, he was a member of the baseball team. To this day, Will shares the philosophy that — “baseball is the greatest game, and discipline is the key to life.”

Being a native of Tennessee, Will came to love the city of Murfreesboro and decided to make it his home and where he would establish his private legal practice.

Will attended Nashville School of Law where he received his law degree in 2004. While in law school, he worked as a court officer for Judge Ben Hall McFarlin, Jr. He began his practice in 2004. With over 10 years of experience, he opened his own full-service private practice handling all criminal and domestic or family law matters.

Will is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association, the Rutherford and Cannon County Bar Association, the Tennessee Association for Justice and the Tennessee Association of Criminal Defenses Lawyers.

Nashville School of Law Alum - Raymond Wilford Fraley, III

Jordan Blake Laxton was born and raised in Munford, Tennessee. His parents were a commercial contractor and high school teacher. Jordan received a football scholarship to North Greenville University in South Carolina. During college, Jordan spent a year abroad living in Argentina as well as a summer in Nicaragua. He graduated from Bethel University in 2009.

Jordan began his career as a history teacher and football coach in the fall of 2009. In 2012, he began pursuing his dream of becoming a lawyer and graduated from Nashville School of Law in 2015. Jordan continued teaching and coaching while attending law school at night.

In 2015, Jordan was an intern with the District Attorney’s Office in Rutherford County. He also participated in the Tennessee Bar Association’s Leadership Diversity Institute.
